This is the primary location for SMMH at this time. SMMH will be moving into a permanent, commercial space in 2026 but the offices located at 20 Independence Ave will be the temporary location until renovations are completed in the main office.
Notes about 20 Independence:
SMMH can offer both in-person or telehealth sessions.
There is no lobby in the office. Please wait in your car until your appointment time. This will be resolved in the new space as it has a lobby, but in the interim, please be patient and wait either outside in your car or on the second floor of the building in one of the chairs in the hallway until your appointment time. If the door is open, feel free to walk in. If the door is closed, a session is still going on.
The office is on a third floor with no elevator or lift. If you have mobility issues please inform SMMH as this would either indicate forgoing treatment until the commercial space is completed OR sessions would be completed via telehealth,
The third floor of this building is a bit tricky to find as there are 4 main entrances into the building. If you part in the front please use the door to the right by Principal Financial. If you park in the rear (there is a lot of parking in the back), please use the door on the left rather than the stairwell to your right. See images to the left with circles highlighting the entrances. Once in the northern space of the building please proceed to the third floor; SMMH is the office on the right.
