Notes about 176 US Route 1:

• SMMH can offer both in-person or telehealth sessions.

• Please enter via the front door marked “Suite 3.” Once in the main entrance you will go through the door on your right to enter the lobby. The door will either be open or closed but feel free to go in. If the door is locked, no provider is in the office yet, so please wait in your car or on the front porch rather than in the hallway.

• The office is on the first floor but requires stairs to get up on the porch and enter. The bathroom is also not ADA compliant at this time. Both issues will be resolved in 2027 when the rest of the office renovations will be completed, including an ADA compliant entrance and bathroom. If you have mobility issues please inform SMMH as this would either indicate forgoing treatment until the commercial space is completed OR sessions would be completed via telehealth,

• Once in the lobby please have a seat and wait for your scheduled time. Please do not knock on office doors while closed as the provider is more than likely in a session with another client.
